Feast the evening away this Thanksgiving with Mahina & Sun’s elevated three-course dinner. The menu by Executive Chef Erik Leong spotlights Hawaii’s seasonal bounty with favorites like Turkey made two ways, innovative dishes like the Kabocha salad and Toasted Sweet Potato Pie, all prepared with healthy, local ingredients in a farm-to-table style. In addition, guests can look forward to a fresh fall cocktail line-up by Bar Lead Ross Lewis. Priced at $14, the organic cocktail menu incorporates local ingredients into five fresh libations.
