April 3: BLOOM Gin
BLOOM London Dry Gin, is an inspiration of the true beauty of nature. A unique botanical to gin, honeysuckle, delivers an unparalleled sweetness which is balanced by calming chamomile and rounded off with crisp citrus notes provided by the pomelo. Pablo Scruto of Johnson Brothers will be discussing what a London Dry Gin is, as well as what separates BLOOM Gin from traditional London Dry gin.

Sharon Heitzenroder of Honolulu BeerWorks will be pouring samples of Kaka’ako Brewery Honolulu BeerWorks, during which they will discuss the brewing process, local ingredients, and what it takes to pour new and innovative beers.

April 24: El Macho Tequila
Spanish for ‘aged’, El Macho Tequila Añejo is made of 100% pure Blue Weber agave. The tequila is twice distilled in Jalisco, Mexico and aged for 2 years in freshly emptied American oak whiskey barrels, creating a rich, smooth and complex flavor. Nicole Jones of Youngs Market, and Dan Massuco of El Macho will be creating cocktails and explaining the process that goes into getting agave from Jalisco into your glass.
