Executive Chef Erik Leong will bring together the best of Hawaii’s land and sea this Valentine’s Day with a special 7-course menu. Pulling from nature’s palette, different flavors will be enjoyed through ingredients like ceviche, Kauai shrimp saffron angolotti, braised beef cheek, and more. Valet parking is available for $10 with validation when dining at Mahina & Sun’s, and is free for qualifying Swim Club members.
