January 2: Alipús
Alipús is a small distillery based out of Oaxaca, Mexico and is known for its premium artisanal mezcals, hand-distilled in rural, remote pueblos. Pablo Scruto of Johnson Brothers will discuss the makings of Alipús while Robert Bidigare will mix mezcal cocktails.
January 9: Honolulu Beerworks
Sharon Heitzenroder of Honolulu BeerWorks will be pouring samples from the Kakaako-based craft brewery and discussing the brand’s unique brewing process, usage of local ingredients, and what it takes to pour new and innovative beers.
January 16: Big Island Brewhaus
Dave Power of Southern Wine & Spirits and Vice President of the United States Bartenders’ Guild (U.S.B.G.) Hawaii chapter will feature select beers from Big Island Brewhaus, a brewery headquartered in paniolo (cowboy) country on the Island of Hawaii.
January 23: Maui Brewing Co.
Krystal Martin of Maui Brewing Co. will be pouring out samples from Hawaii’s most well-known beer brand and will talk about how the local company has grown to have a reach far and wide, outside of the Hawaiian Islands
January 30: Fid Street Gin
Bridging the gap between old English and American craft gin styles, Fid Street Gin is the first gin ever created on Maui and only the second in Hawaii since prohibition. Nicole Jones of Young’s Market will explain the processes that go into locally crafted spirits on Maui while Robert Bidigare will shake-up select gin cocktails.

February 6: Breckenridge Distillery
Breckenridge Bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years in charred new American white oak barrels and distilled at 9,600 feet amongst the peaks of the Rockies. Pablo Scruto of Johnson Brothers and Robert Bidigare will discuss snowmelt distilled whiskey, high-rye whiskeys while pouring samples of Mahina & Sun's Hits of Sunshine from the new cocktail menu.
February 13: Honolulu Beerworks

February 20: Venda
This red blend comes from south-facing vines planted in the volcanic soils of the highest elevation in the Colli Euganei. Robert Bidigare of Mahina & Sun’s will speak on the region, as well as the style of wine making that creates Venda. Find out why Bordeaux blends work so well in Italy!
February 27: Sun Rum
Nicole Jones and Robert Bidigare will craft rum cocktails and explain the process behind crafting local Agricole Rum.
